Shingle job in Phoenix Arizona – (50-year GAF System Plus warranty)
- Replaced existing shingles with GAF Timberline HDZ Shingles (Mission Brown color).
- Used GAF synthetic underlayment.
- Used GAF Z-Ridge shingles to cap the hips and ridges.
- Used GAF Pro Start starter shingle around the perimeter of the roof.
- Used GAF Weather-Watch in all the valleys and around each roof penetration.
- Replaced all roof penetrations and 2x2 drip edge.
- Replaced rotten plywood and fascia board.
- Installed new gutters.
