Shingle job in Phoenix Arizona – (50 year GAF System Plus warranty)
- Replaced existing shingles with GAF Timberline HDZ Charcoal shingles.
- Replaced existing dormer vents with O’Hagin flat vents (upgrades the overall look and aesthetics of the roof).
- Replaced rotten plywood and fascia board.
- Replaced existing low slope modified bitumen area with new base and cap sheet.
- Used GAF Z-Ridge shingles to cap the hips and ridges.
- Used GAF Pro Start starter shingle around the perimeter of the roof.
- Used GAF Weather-Watch in all the valleys and around each roof penetration.
Tile Job completed in Phoenix (30-year warranty on Polyglass Mapeguard II underlayment)
